Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI processing costs and computational resources consumed during video translation, completed transactions are non-refundable.

Once a video has been processed through our AI pipeline, the computational resources (including speech recognition, translation engines, voice synthesis, and video rendering) have been consumed and cannot be recovered.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues or service failures that prevent video processing, please contact our support team immediately at support@tranzir.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide credits or remediation.
